What Is Flipgrid?
Flipgrid is a website that allows teachers to create "grids" to facilitate video discussions. Each grid is like a message board where teachers can pose questions, called "topics," and their students can post video responses that appear in a tiled grid display. It allows kids to have a voice and express their thoughts and feelings on a variety of topics.
We've Got Flipgrid Fever
The iLab's caught Flipgrid Fever. Over the next few classes we will be making our voice heard. We will be participating in many different video responses and even share our voices and listen to the voices of others around the world.
Your first topic will about Electricity and Circuits. Think of something in your house that runs on electricity. Share the item with us and use a term that we learned in class to describe it. Some terms you may use are negative or positive, current, circuit, switch, open or closed circuit, switch, series or parallel circuit.
